• Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: 1–4 business days

• Other Cities: 2–6 business days 

• Same-Day Delivery (Cairo & Giza Only):
  Available for an extra fess according to location Please contact us after placing your order to check availability.

Cairo and Giza 65 EGP & Alexandria 70 EGP and other governors 70 : 100 EGP .

Order Check at Delivery:

Customers can check their order when the courier delivers it, before confirming receipt.

• Returns accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for 100% of the return shipping fees.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after the return is approved.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds will be transferred to any digital wallet or bank account.
